Permitted use of photos:

• On printed materials: promotional, editorial and packaging, in most formats such as newspapers, magazines, reports, books, brochures, disc covers, catalogs, and advertising materials.
  
• On electronic media: promotional and editorial in electronic and digital formats such as screensavers, websites, television, video and multimedia products.
  

Restricted use of photos:
This license authorises up to eight (8) individuals in total to use an photo whether simultaneously or not. If placed on a server, no more than eight (8) individuals in total should be allowed to access an photo.

Prohibited use of photos:

• Display the photo in an electronic format with a resolution greater than 380x260 pixels.
  
• Display the photo in a way that it is intended to be downloaded.
  
• Sell, rent, loan, give, transfer the rights to use the photo.
  
• Use the photo for pornography, defamatory, libellous, obscene, immoral, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful uses.
  
• Use the photo or accompanying material in a way other than described in the above permitted uses.
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble any part of the photo, subject to applicable law.
  
• Use or incorporate the photo or any part of it in a logo or trademark or servicemark.
  
• Use photographs of people or goods (property) in a way that it would suggest an association with a product, brand or trademark.
